Release mail with the End-User Spam Report from "outside"

Does it work with at with other installations?

Works for me with the same configuration. Are these pop3 or smtp messages?

Any errors in log files?

The messages are SMTP to my internal Exchange2003-Server.

If I release from inside the network (with Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007) it looks simular to your attachment
But when I try to release from Outside (it makes no difference if I'm using Exchange Web Access or download the message via Pop3) I get my attached screencopy instead of your attachment

Not sure if you have this resolved yet or not.
Hopefully this answer isn't too "newb" for you.

In V7, it is located on Email Security > End User Spam Report > Advanced.
The hostname you specify MUST be a FQDN (publicly recognized on the Internet).  Best practice is to use your MX record name or IP address where the email is being delivered to.

You must also specify the Allowed Networks as "any".

This works fine in our setup with an MS Exchange server inside our network and users releasing emails from Outlook Web Access when outside the office.

At the advanced tab the specified hostname is the FQDN of the firewall which can be reached from outside. Should I use the FQDN of the Mailserver behind instead? The smtp-proxy is in transparent mode

As port is the standard 3840 and as allowed Network "all" specified

The outside user can reach the firewall, because I think the firewall show's the "unauthorised access" message

Hello i get the same error, with ASL 7.006.

It was woorking with ASL 7.005 but not with 7.006 [:(]...

And Allowed Networks, stand to any.

I am getting these messages also, but only on a few emails in my quarantine. Others from the same nightly spam report work fine.

The email it gives me unauthorized access on is always the same daily tech newsletter from cnet.com

This seems weird.
