I have my second issue into support regarding this problem. I'm sick and tired of this problem and it has rendered our email USELESS for the past two days.
we have different customers with different hardware and architecture who have the same problem within the last few days. I don´t think that is a specific problem of the customers configurations but a problem of the astaro software (or the up2dates).
We patched from 6.1 to 6.3, rebooted and cleared the proxy. This still has not fixed the problem. It seems rather sporadic, so only some of the email comes in multiple times and then it varies in the number of copies we get.
It's all rather odd and the emails come in with different time stamps.
Some people trying to email us have told us that their emails got reported as having bounced.
I am quite sure this is not an email server/architecture issue as we've had the same set up running smoothly for a long time before this and have not made any changes.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone heard from Astaro?

yesterday I lifted one customers ASG120 from 6.201 to 6.203 and the multiple message problem ceased. Another ASG120 has 6.300 and still the problem and no upstream proxy.
Strange........
Maybe Up2date 6.301 helps, released shortly, already installed ;~}
