Hello ! I have ASL5
I have a problem with emails rejected by astaro without understood reason.
In the Log file I found something like this:

Hi!

Look for a line in your log-file containing

"1DKdsG-00067d-V5" and
"Warning: spam_threshold1 triggered" or
"Warning: spam_threshold2 triggered"

And tell us about your settings under
=> Proxies -> SMTP -> SPAM Protection -> Threshold One/Two

you must have set blackhole as action for some checks. I'd never use blackhole since the probability to loose wanted mail (false positives) is too high - reject is your friend (for all options). On one hand the sender, in case of being a real sender, receives a notification that his e-mail was rejected on your system. Let's say someone has sent a virulent purchase order document , your proxy rejects it, sender gets a notification from his MTA saying 'Your E-Mail was rejected due to virus infection'. Now the sender has the chance to react accordingly e.g. fax the virus [;)]nfected crap?

you are right but what about spam mails with score above 8? fore me it's better to blackhole them to prevent unwanted traffic and bounces. virulent mails are rejected.
