Virus Protection nach Update fehlerhaft

Hello,

as I see that you´re new to the forum ... please post in english.

You can solve this problem by deleting the content in 
/chroot-kav/var/db/kav/5.0/kav4mailservers/bases/

Then make an update of your virus definitions and reboot the firewall.

That helped on one of my firewalls that i monitor.

*The german that follows is bablefish from english to german so i apoogize if it is off.  Are you saying you had the problem and it went away or that this issue is still occurring?  if it is still occurring try restarting the mail proxies.  If that fails try rebooting the whole ASL box.  i had some weird errors from the a/v up2dates myself but they went away on their own so i attributed them to an Astaro updates/Kaspersky updates glitch.

I would delete everythong as noted above in the third post..then restart the entire ASL box.

There have been corrupt pattern, I think. Deleting the files the bases directory and redownloading the files via WebAdmin solves the problem.
