Too far behind - Release 7.513

Hello all.

It's been awhile, very long while.  As shown in my title, I'm still running V7. [:O]

If I read some notes correctly, V8 is not even available anymore, is this correct? If so, can I upgrade directly into V9?

I've already created several backup of my V7 and I would presume the upgrade process is no different from earlier versions.

Where can I get V8 if still available, if not V9 please?

Is this it?  ftp://ftp.astaro.com/pub/UTM/v9/up2date/

If so, should I start at 9.001 and progressively update it to 9.31?

Any suggestion or advice is much appreciated.
