Unable to update

I have a UTM system now on version 9.300005, and no matter what I do, I am unable to update it further (it does not show updates).

Here are some info:
# cat /etc/version
 9.300005

# ll /var/up2date/sys/
total 59616

# auisys.plx --showdesc --verbose

So as you can see, the correct u2d file is in the correct folder, but the system for some reason says that "no suitable package has been found".

Can anybody help me?

    Bob, that is exactly it, I am not seeing the Up2Date available for installation in WebAdmin.

    Hi ,

     ,can you delete file from sys folder and try to run update again from command line audld.plx it there are no updates you can go back to privison version by editing /etc/version file and run audld.plx again (if you are home user )

    check for download file with checksum

    Hi utm_kid,

    From the /etc/version file you can see that the version of the UTM is 9.300005
    and the downloaded file is u2d-sys-9.300005-301002.tgz.gpg, which is correct as far as I know.

    Sorry ,can you please go back and check it again and please check downloaded file with checksum before doing to back version

    Hi utm_kid,

    I check the md5 sum of the u2d-sys-9.300005-301002.tgz.gpg and it was correct.

    Also tried to go back one version as you suggested, so I edited the /etc/version with 9.213004

    I then removed all files from /var/up2date/sys/.
    I then downloaded the u2d file:

    # wget http://ftp.astaro.com/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.213004-304009.tgz.gpg

    I verified the md5 sum, it was correct.

    I then run:

    # /sbin/auisys.plx --showdesc

    Still cannot see Up2Date available for installation in WebAdmin.

    Please help.

    The system in question has a free essential license (Essential Firewall Edition).
    Could that be the problem causing it not to be able to update?
    A system with this license should be able to update manually, right?

    it will not download updates automatically in Ess. fw edition, but you can upload the packages from Webadmin manually, does that work?

    No, I cannot install manually. The system just refuses to "see" the update.
    What I did notice is that the option to set it auto or manual is greyed-out (under Up2Date -> Configuration -> Firmware Download Interval) which means I cannot change, and it is set to 15 minutes, which means it is set to auto, however the license does not allow auto downloads.
    Could that be the problem?
    I mean I was able to update for around 10 new updates, and suddenly now I am unable to update. Could this be a bug introduced in this version?
