Unable to update

I have a UTM system now on version 9.300005, and no matter what I do, I am unable to update it further (it does not show updates).

Here are some info:
# cat /etc/version
 9.300005

# ll /var/up2date/sys/
total 59616
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 61045829 Aug  5 16:51 u2d-sys-9.300005-301002.tgz.gpg

# auisys.plx --showdesc --verbose
'verbose' mode implicits set noqueue option!

Starting Up2Date Package Installer
No suitable packages of type  found, skipping
No suitable packages of type  found, skipping
No suitable packages of type  found, skipping
No suitable packages of type  found, skipping
Doing HA sync
Up2Date Package Installer finished, exiting

So as you can see, the correct u2d file is in the correct folder, but the system for some reason says that "no suitable package has been found".

Can anybody help me?

  • I have took remote of this system today @12:30 am (IST) and  found licese was expire and when i ru audld.plx there was error with up2date
@Clemente ,if system was originally from free essential lic you should ask in that forum with errors i show you

edit:has fix the issue by using home lic
  • I tried installing a home license. I now was able to change "Up2Date -> Configuration -> Firmware Download Interval" to Manual and now manual updates work.
