Update failure

I am trying to update the Firmware of my brand new SG310. The first updates are installed successfully (the box was shipped with 3.111), but after 3.113 the update keeps failing with the u2d-sys-9.113001-203003.tgz.gpg. Automatic update is working neither. It seems that one package is newer than in the 203003 update, but how to ignore this?

    You could go into the shell and delete the offending individual packages (several hundred posts here with instructions to do this), but since this is a brand new UTM on 9.1X and the newest is 9.313, it would be a lot quicker just reinstalling from ISO and not having to go through all the intermediary up2dates.  If you've already done a lot of configuration, you can make and download a config backup at Management > Backup/Restore > Backup/Restore, to restore after the fresh install.  You'll need an optical drive (CD/DVD/Blu-ray [never tried a bly-ray though]) that is either native USB or use an IDE/SATA to USB adapter.  Download the Hardware image from https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/utm-downloads.aspx, burn to disk at a lower speed, load the disk into the drive, plug it into the UTM USB, power on the UTM.  Keyboard and monitor are optional as the Hardware installs can run headless.
