DHCP fails after DHCPOFFER (VLAN)

I have the UTM configured as the DHCP-server for both the 'regular' traffic and for a VLAN. The latter has its own DHCP-server on the UTM, on the interface for the VLAN.

The log shows the DHCPDISCOVER and DHCPOFFER, but there doesn't seem to be a request from the client after that.

Setup:

UTM (with virtual NIC for VLAN 666) -> Netgear GS108T (port tagging) -> WAP*

* I've tried two old access points I had laying around: a DLINK DIR-655 and a Netgear WNR2000v3.

It seems that either the DHCPOFFER doesn't make it to the client, or the DHCPREQUEST is lost somewhere. (I haven't had a chance to do a tcpdump yet.)

Any ideas?

    On a hunch I connected a client directly to the switch (on the port dedicated to my guest VLAN 666). Lo and behold - the DHCPOFFER now reaches the client and its getting an IP-address in the correct subnet (as well as default gateway, etc.).

    So... apparently the wireless router is blocking the DHCPOFFER. Any idea how to get either one of these to relay DHCP?

    Curiously, while connecting directly to the switch works for a laptop, it does not work for a blu-ray player.

    Turned out to be mis-configured VLAN ports - I had inadvertently set all the ports of this VLAN to Tagged instead of just the common port...
