Unable to re-install UTM 110/120 "no appliance hardware has been detected"

Hi,
after a Hard Disk failure, i replace the HD of a UTM 110/120, i'm trying to install a fresh image, but i'm getting "no appliance hardware has been detected".
Obviously i'm using the Hardware ISO image !
I tried to install it with the Software ISO image, installation finish fine, but after the reboot Ethernet interface doesn't work (no line goes up).

  • There are hardware checks at installation time. If you use a different hardware (harddisc, RAM NICs, ...) the installer will not recognize the box anymore.

    You can use the software image but NIC sorting is most likely incorrect.
    Which revision of UTM120 do you use?

    Hint: try 'if up eth0' and for all NICs to check which NIC is right one.
