login fail after update 9.310

Hye,

After update UTM 9.212 to 9.310, it's impossible to login in UTM.

login admin failed!!! and other login too !

VPN logion failed !

Reboot ? pass to astaro reserved (v9.212) ?

help please

  • First, try a reboot. If that doesn't work, try restoring one of the backups from before the upgrade. Any luck?

  • I maintain my own as well as a friends UTM.  Both have immediate login issues after the 9.3 update.   I had to do a password reset in order to login.  One week later and I again can no longer login to my UTM.  I am going to do another password reset but this is getting old really fast.  

    Once I reset and login I will see if I have a 9.2 backup on the utm.  

    Any other ideas?

  • Just tried to do a password reset and I still cannot even login directly to the box.  Tried it a second time with same results!!!  Followed directions at https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/115346.aspx
