ASG 220 - 8300 version

Hi everyone,

I have a ASG220 version 8300 and I want to update firmware. Which is the lastest firmware i will be able to update without any problem?

It is setup in  HA mode... I have to do anything special to update the firmware and it will be synchronize automatically or I should power down the slave ASG?

In the screen of High Availibity i see both asg220 one as Master and the Other one as Slave but in Status tab both appear as UNLINKED.. what does this mean?

    With only 1GB of RAM, you should update to 8.316 and no further.  If you want to go to v9, speak with your reseller about buying newer model appliances.  You really want to go this route as v8 has already hit End of Life meaning it is unsupported.

    Probably at the end, we will upgrade machines to SG210 instead of upgrading UTM Versión in the ASG 220. 

    Which will be the best way to backup and restore all the configuration in the new models?
