Steps to Upgrade Appliance Type from UTM425 to SG550

Hi,

I'm looking for help on how to upgrade my Appliance from a UTM425 to SG550. In My UTM Licensing Portal, I have the option to Upgrade my Appliance from UTM425 to SG430 or UTM425 to UTM525. I was given the following steps:

"There’s a few steps you’ll have to go through to upgrade to the SG550.

First you’ll have to upgrade to the SG450 from your UTM425. Once you’ve done that, you’ll upgrade your SG450 to an SG550 and you’re done."

However, I do not have the option for the SG450 as stated above.

Does any know the steps I may need to take?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. I spoke with support and they gave me a temp license. I also emailed the address you provided above earlier today but no one responded. I currently have a 3 year fullguard with the UTM425 and I am aware of the difference of the License; I purchased an additional year of the fullguard for the SG550. For now, I am up on a temp license. Thanks again.
