UTM 9.210-20 doesn´t find up2date to 9.304-9

Hello,

we have a UTM on version 9.210-20 which doesn´t find the Up2Date to 9.304-9 but there is one on the FTP server (u2d-sys-9.210020-304009.tgz.gpg).

The /var/up2date/sys folder is empty, so no package is waiting for installation.

In the log I see the message "No up2date packages available for installation".


Any idea anyone?

    Agreed, William, the QA team was overwhelmed. Sophos has been able to integrate new acquisitions effectively in the past, but they'd been skating near the edge of the ice. I just don't think they were prepared for dealing with two giant, surprise issues at once.
