UTM 9.210-20 doesn´t find up2date to 9.304-9

Hello,

we have a UTM on version 9.210-20 which doesn´t find the Up2Date to 9.304-9 but there is one on the FTP server (u2d-sys-9.210020-304009.tgz.gpg).

The /var/up2date/sys folder is empty, so no package is waiting for installation.

In the log I see the message "No up2date packages available for installation".

Any idea anyone?

https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/60/t/56513 it is in specific use cases but right now until your utm updates if you have ap's deployed do not force things if you fall into any of the usage scenarios mentioned.
