Memory Usage of 9.3 compared to 9.2?

Hi,

I have an UTM220 HA Cluster running on version 9.209-8. During the 9.2 releases the memory usage got to the limit of this hardware. About 90-100% swap are used today. Is there any significant change in memory usage with the 9.3 release?

    Yes, it uses more memory, 4GB is minimum theese days to get away from the swapping, unfortunately does the UTM 220 not support 4GB in the software [:(]

    So some time in the future (if you will use all functions of the UTM), look for a replacement device ex. doing a Totalprotect bundle upgrade...

    it isn't a software issue it is the hardware in this case..[:)]

    Software supports 4GB easily (same software regardless of model), the hardware support for 4GB depends on the revision. The last revision of the UTM 220 quite easily supports 4GB of RAM, you just violate warranty if you upgrade from 2GB to 4GB, and the SSI CD requires the old RAM to reinstall.
