Unable to install 9.3

I built a new Sophos UTM.  I built a new VPN.  It is routing my VPN traffic with no issues.  Today it discovered that there were updates.  I clicked "Update to latest version now".  It rebooted and installed only 9.2.  So, I clicked "Update to latest version now" again to install 9.3.  It shows a ! for "Pre-installation checks" and never gets beyond this.  I rebooted the box and tried to install again.  No change.  I am unable to install 9.3.  What do you suggest?

Here's your reason. You upgraded to 9.210. The upgrade to 9.3 is at this time only available from 9.209 not from 9.210.

Can someone confirm this?   Why does 9.210 exist if I can't upgrade from it?  The UI doesn't indicate this.  The UI leads me to believe that it will all patches.
