Problem with Up2Date

Hello,

I have encountered a strange problem with our Astaro ASG 120 UTM. It's running with Firmware version 9.207-19 and Pattern version 68910. Sometimes after login it shows 1 or 2 updates available on the Dashboard. Which should be right, especially assuming the currently update about the little Poodle problem. 

But after switching to Management -> Up2Date in the Web Interface the UTM no longer shows any available updates, instead firmware as well as pattern is only shown as up to date. 

Is that maybe a bug, or has someone else encountered that problem? How can I resolve it and get the actual updates? (until now i always did that by using Web Interface and Up2Date ...)

    Hi, Andreas, and welcome to the User BB!

    This isn't normal.  If you were on a home-use license, I would give you instructions to execute at the command line.  Since you have a paid license, you should ask your reseller to get Sophos Support involved.
