Is that normal for an SG310 to be completely frozen?
We upgraded to 9.206 a week ago and it was working fne.
Today when I was working remotely I lost connection and when I ask my assistant to have a look at the UTM, he said that the appliance was unresponsive, tried to push every button but nothing worked. The appliance wasn't responding via IP. The only way to get it to run again was to turn it off at the back and then on again. The computers then had access to the Internet and I was able to connect once again.
