Up2Date Error Slave

Hi,

i installed up2date package 9.206-35 on primary firewall tonight. Now i would do the same on the slave firewall, but i get following error within the logfile, and upgred won't finish.

i don't want to install slave once again. This problem happens very often on SLAVE side,...

    Hi Herbert,

    Just upgraded 4 customers with 2xUTM220 in HA, and 3 went good, but one went as yours did!

    I tried many things, used SHELL access to remove updates, broke the cluster and performed factory reset, readded the node, but did not get any further :-/

    Contacted support, only solution was to:
    - Break HA and make the master run "Alone".
    - Shut down "Slave" and pulled all cables from production Network, including HA.
    - Installed 9.205 from CD on the "SLAVE" and set it up in lab environment, and installed 9.206-25 afterwards, all went okay
    - THEN I performed Factory Reset on the Slave again (Powered it off)
    - Set the MASTER for HA (Automatic Configuration)
    - Put back the HA cable and production cables.
    - Turned on the "SLAVE"
    - 15mins. later all was okay :-)
