new UTM box

So, my seven year old astaro box is ready for replacement. As the last time I'm putting together the hardware my self. I probably just upgrade the memory, motherboard and the CPU. All other parts are still OK and functioning.
But how powerful CPU should I go for? 
Would an entry level CPU such as an Intel I3-4150 be sufficient, or should I go for something more powerful such as the I5?

Another alternative would to go for something like the Gigabyte GA-C1037UN-EU with integrated Intel Celeron CPU (Dual-core CeleronRegistered 1037U processor (1.8 GHz) her)
COuld that be an option?

    Well, I went for an Intel I3 4350 with 16gb of ram. Currently building the new rig and can't wait to see the performance:-) To early to say how it will perform though. But I have high expectations. Thanks to everyone who gave me input and guidance in this process, I will give some feedback after initial testing.
