new UTM box

So, my seven year old astaro box is ready for replacement. As the last time I'm putting together the hardware my self. I probably just upgrade the memory, motherboard and the CPU. All other parts are still OK and functioning.
But how powerful CPU should I go for? 
Would an entry level CPU such as an Intel I3-4150 be sufficient, or should I go for something more powerful such as the I5?

Another alternative would to go for something like the Gigabyte GA-C1037UN-EU with integrated Intel Celeron CPU (Dual-core CeleronRegistered 1037U processor (1.8 GHz) her)
COuld that be an option?

    I got an i5 because I may use the system for an ESXi server later (more cores would be better for more VMs).

    However, I recommend fast i3's otherwise.

    You still didn't say how fast your internet connection is; the Celeron might be OK but I would avoid it.

    Also, make sure to get good NICs (Intel, Broadcom).
