new UTM box

So, my seven year old astaro box is ready for replacement. As the last time I'm putting together the hardware my self. I probably just upgrade the memory, motherboard and the CPU. All other parts are still OK and functioning.
But how powerful CPU should I go for? 
Would an entry level CPU such as an Intel I3-4150 be sufficient, or should I go for something more powerful such as the I5?

Another alternative would to go for something like the Gigabyte GA-C1037UN-EU with integrated Intel Celeron CPU (Dual-core CeleronRegistered 1037U processor (1.8 GHz) her)
COuld that be an option?

    I believe it's best to stick to an as fast as possible i3. The quad-core i5's will perform less especially in IPS as the UTM has having difficulties addressing all cores. By disabling speedstep in the BIOS this problem can be tackled but basically the i3 will save you some $.

    not correct.  The qc issue is in ips NOT webfilter.  The webfilter is most assuredly MT while IPS is ST.  The best thing to do with UTM is to buy the cpu you want and throw it inside a vm...that way you can tailor the workload and get the best performance without having to resort to bios or other tricks.
