new UTM box

So, my seven year old astaro box is ready for replacement. As the last time I'm putting together the hardware my self. I probably just upgrade the memory, motherboard and the CPU. All other parts are still OK and functioning.
But how powerful CPU should I go for? 
Would an entry level CPU such as an Intel I3-4150 be sufficient, or should I go for something more powerful such as the I5?

Another alternative would to go for something like the Gigabyte GA-C1037UN-EU with integrated Intel Celeron CPU (Dual-core CeleronRegistered 1037U processor (1.8 GHz) her)
COuld that be an option?

    Minor correction, the 4370 is currently not available, it is scheduled for a release in Q3-14. Except for the clock speed, the 4350 and  the 4370 are identical. So currently the fastest alternative is either the i3-4350 or the i5-4460.
