new UTM box

So, my seven year old astaro box is ready for replacement. As the last time I'm putting together the hardware my self. I probably just upgrade the memory, motherboard and the CPU. All other parts are still OK and functioning.
But how powerful CPU should I go for?
Would an entry level CPU such as an Intel I3-4150 be sufficient, or should I go for something more powerful such as the I5?

Another alternative would to go for something like the Gigabyte GA-C1037UN-EU with integrated Intel Celeron CPU (Dual-core Celeron

1037U processor (1.8 GHz) her)
COuld that be an option?

Both the I3-4150 (3,5ghz) and I3-4350(3,6) support AES-NI. The I5-4460 runs at 3,2 ghz.

Thanks, one last question though. Most of the motherboards that are available has the Realtek RTL8111E NIC. I see that there is some discussion about the quality of this NIC. Currently my incoming speed is aprox 100mbit, would that chipset handle this?
I also have 2 Intel Pro/1000GT Desktop Adapters as well, so one alternative would be to use the Realtek as my Management interface, and use the Intel NICs for WAN and internal traffic.
