new UTM box

So, my seven year old astaro box is ready for replacement. As the last time I'm putting together the hardware my self. I probably just upgrade the memory, motherboard and the CPU. All other parts are still OK and functioning.
But how powerful CPU should I go for? 
Would an entry level CPU such as an Intel I3-4150 be sufficient, or should I go for something more powerful such as the I5?

Another alternative would to go for something like the Gigabyte GA-C1037UN-EU with integrated Intel Celeron CPU (Dual-core CeleronRegistered 1037U processor (1.8 GHz) her)
COuld that be an option?

    Important data points include user count, internet speed (current & future), modules you plan to use, etc.

    Main things to consider:

    RAM is important. 4G is a reasonable minimum but 6-8GB will future proof the box.

    CPU speed is king for real-time scanning functions like IPS & Antivirus. Unless you have a large user count (more simultaneous connections), a lower end dual-core i3/i5 CPU with higher core speed will often outperform a quad core i7 at lower user counts.
