Update error

Hi,
I have a problem updating my UTm to latest version "Version 9.204-20"
from "9.203-3"

I've a cluster environment with 2 utm 9.

When I try to update to the latest version I receive this error

"2014:07:29-12:35:27 mail-1 auisys[20346]: id="371O" severity="error" sys="system" sub="up2date" name="Fatal: Up2Date package installation failed: An error occured during the RPM pre-installation test (1)" status="failed" action="install" code="1" package="savi""

Can you help me to fix this one?

Hi Ian,

you mean when I have HA I should update via the file update?

no, I mean be very careful, there are a number of threads where HA has broken after applying this up2date package.
It would pay to search some of the other forums looking for HA discussions and issues. Probably would pay to talk to your reseller/support as well.
