Update error

Hi,
I have a problem updating my UTm to latest version "Version 9.204-20"
from "9.203-3"

I've a cluster environment with 2 utm 9.

When I try to update to the latest version I receive this error

Can you help me to fix this one?

    You will need 9.204-19 first.
    9.204-20 is really only aimed at wireless security and not a rollup of updates.

    Are you sure ?

    All of my UTMs offered direct upgrade to 9.204-20.

    Hi folks,
    not sure now having visited the up2date ftp site. There is a direct up2date package that is considerably larger then the up2date 4.19 to 4.20 is.

    So, yes you can up2date, but I would assume only if you don't use HA looking at some of the other threads.

    you mean when I have HA I should update via the file update?

    Hi Frank,
    no, I mean be very careful, there are a number of threads where HA has broken after applying this up2date package.
    It would pay to search some of the other forums looking for HA discussions and issues. Probably would pay to talk to your reseller/support as well.

    Frank, beside HA risk you anyway have the up2date problem with AV update RPM package. 

    Can you post the whole up2date log info ?

    I meant up2date log from failed firmware update on 2014:07:29-12:35.
