Dlink Cannot connect to UTM software appliances with DLINK

Hello,
    I was trying to install UTM free virtual appliances to my house. I am using a dedicated machine for this firewall and I am able to ping and connect to web panel from my laptop. However when I plug it to WAN port of my DLink-DIR655 router, things falling apart. No matter what I try, DLINK just wont connect to the firewall. If I switch to any of my computer, it connects perfect, DHCP resolved very fast. In DLINK it cannot even contact to DHCP server on the firewall. I also tried static IP, it works on my laptop, still not working with DLiNk. However DLiNK works fine if directly connect to the actual WAN.

Any suggestions?

    Thanks for all the help.
    I tired again... Still no luck.

    Here is what I did.
    1. On my DLINK router, disabled DHCP, Upnp, DNS relay
    2. Changed Internet connection(WAN) setting to:
    IP: 192.168.2.1
    Sub: 255.255.255.0
    Gate: 192.168.2.100 
    Leave Network(LAN) settings untouched.
    3. Unplug WAN cable
    4. Plug UTM internet cable to LAN port of DLINK.
    5. Reboot devices

    Still no luck, can't ping, can't get a response from my computer.
    On UTM it just says destination unreachable

    I also tried...
    Same as above except in step 3.
    I changed network(LAN):
    IP: 192.168.2.1
