Latest Hyper-V integration Services

I'm running UTM 9.2 on my 2012 R2 Hyper-V host and it's running great.  I've noticed that it does have the integration services pre-loaded but they're out of date, 3.1 vs the current 3.5.  The biggest gain from the upgrade would be the Live Backup ability so the VM doesn't have to be put in a saved state while my backup software performs the update - which stops the UTM from functioning while this is done.

I know UTM has built in auto-backup options and will email the backup, but the benefit of a VM is that there's very little set up required with the recovery - just restore the VM files and it's ready to go.

Has anyone successfully upgraded the included integration services to the latest version?

    And what about the logs you wil lose when performing a reinstall? With restoring the VM you still have the logs until the last backup.

    Hi FrancWest,
    if you take care of your log, probably you backup them out of the UTM. 
    Personally I made a daily export on a SMB share and simultaneously I forward the same log on my linux log management server that keeps on line only the last week. 
    In this way I can query the logs from a single machine, combining more sources (UTM, servers, router...) and I've a better view of the general status of the infrastructure.
    For performance/space reason we decided to keep on the central log server only one week, but it's still possible to enlarge the period by upgrading our hw configuration.

    Oh, by th way, remember to verify the content of the backup sometimes... [:P]
