Latest Hyper-V integration Services

I'm running UTM 9.2 on my 2012 R2 Hyper-V host and it's running great.  I've noticed that it does have the integration services pre-loaded but they're out of date, 3.1 vs the current 3.5.  The biggest gain from the upgrade would be the Live Backup ability so the VM doesn't have to be put in a saved state while my backup software performs the update - which stops the UTM from functioning while this is done.

I know UTM has built in auto-backup options and will email the backup, but the benefit of a VM is that there's very little set up required with the recovery - just restore the VM files and it's ready to go.

Has anyone successfully upgraded the included integration services to the latest version?

    I hope my answer is not out of topic, but I'd like to know your opinion.
    I recently restored an UTM virtual machine from a 50GB Vmware backup image and it took 21 min via network attached storage on a 1gbit/s dedicated backup link. That customer didn't store the UTM backup files so we must use his VM backup. 
    But normally I need only 12-15 min to install a new UTM from ISO and restore the UTM backup file...
    Obviously I don't know what kind of storage you have; maybe you've very high restore speed for a (minimum suggested) 40GB virtual disk image on your HW . Have you ever made a restore test?
    By the way, a possible vantage of installing from ISO is that you can get a newer/last version of UTM respect the one you loose (always using the backup file of the older version).
