Error when installing license UTM 9

Dear all,

I have a trouble when I try to install the license of free UTM 9 from Sophos.

The error like the picture that I attach.

Can you help me to solve this problem ?

Hi, and welcome to the User BB!

I guess that you have an incorrect license or that your license was damaged by your email client. Is this installed as a software appliance, or do you have Sophos hardware? Is this for home use?

Dear Bob,
I installed it as a vitual appliance. This for my home. I download the license MyUTM, so I don't think it's incorrect or was damaged.

Is there any way that I can check the license?

(Moved to the correct forum since this is about the regular UTM capabilities, not about the limited Essentials version.)

I would download the license anew and try again. If that doesn't work, then try a re-install from scratch. Which ISO are you using?
