Sophos system refuse to issue new license

Find out that a new home use license must be created.

myutm shows no license and demands an activation number. There is no such thing. I had subscribed in 2007 and used home use since that expired.

Tried to go the path of a new user, Sophos demands I go to myutm again.

That won't work.

What is the solution? Why is the license gone for Sophos records?

    An expired home kucense is renewable...I renewed mine uve had since v4 multiplie times iver the years.  Keep in mind you cant renew until a wee k before expiration
