Sophos system refuse to issue new license

Find out that a new home use license must be created.

myutm shows no license and demands an activation number. There is no such thing. I had subscribed in 2007 and used home use since that expired.

Tried to go the path of a new user, Sophos demands I go to myutm again.

That won't work.

What is the solution? Why is the license gone for Sophos records?

    Delete your expired home use license first.

    same to me,
    I have my license that will never expire but the services of it will be  usable until 05 APRIL 2014 so I must use a new license ready for that  day.
    I'm trying to create a new license for V9 (I'm still on V7--love you astaro)and the myUTM licensing procedure take me to the ACTIVATION code page after long troubles accepting my profile (I'm private account), IT ASKS ME ACTIVATION KEY --               Please insert the activation key (ACT-******x-yyyyyyyyy)                  .
    Does anyone of SOPHOS team can help me to create a new license ?
    P.S [:D]on't know anythings about new policies about home users,
    my old home user license is UNLIMITED IP and never expired (just services..lol)

    An expired home kucense is renewable...I renewed mine uve had since v4 multiplie times iver the years.  Keep in mind you cant renew until a wee k before expiration
