premium support is HORRIBLE

I am having a nightmare of a time getting dophos licensing support to even reply to me and we purchased "premium" support for our utm 425. I contacted them by ticket on the 14th then email on the 17th and 18th, then phone on the 19th and all we are getting is lip service on the phone and saying they can't help us only the "licensing dept" can and no reply from nsglicensing for days. 

I hope no one is thinking about paying extra for ZERO support...

    for sure they will reply ASAP.

    If you made a mistake on build a license, your reseller could help you quickly by creating a temporary license for you. This could be done in minutes and you'll have time to wait for the response.

    Last time I had a similar problem, I had the same slow response.

    It even took my reseller days to contact Sophos as they we're all off at some sales conference at the time (apparently).

    My experience of Sophos support is that they are in the bottom 10% of suppliers I use. Juniper/Cisco/Dell/HP could teach these guys a lot. Maybe they are just understaffed, I don't know.....

    They are very lucky to have a lot of awesome people on their forum that can help.

    Lets hope their acquisition of Cyberoam improves things.
