ASG220 v5 after 9.108-23 update http and snort restarting 2 times per day

Anyone have similar problems ?  No config changes, no load changes...

    I'm not enjoying it, either. 

    Below you can see when I updated the firmware on Feb 7th and after the problems were unbearable a restart on Feb 13th in the evening. The patterns seem to repeat themselves.
