Hi,
I just applied to most recent firmware, which I belive is 9.106018, and my UTM120 never came back. I watched the indicators, and they were all green, but when it rebooted, the site-to-site SSL VPN never came back, and I cannot ping the WAN IP that it's on.
This is a remote device, so I think I'm going to have to make a trip. It's been down for 45 min now, so I think that is plenty of time to apply any updates.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this, and what can be done to prevent this from happening in the future. Now we will always be gun shy of any updates! Any previous updates have gone smoothly.
