No up2date - fresh install w/backup

After a fresh install of the latest 9.107-33.1 with a backup restore from a 8.311, I have no up2date at all !

Somthing is just not wright !

How can I fix that ? I've already tried to swith to manual update, then reboot, but nothing has changed [:(]
