XenServer UTM 9.1 Install Fail: drivers/rtc/hctosys.c

Hi Everyone, there seems to be a bit of this going around not isolated to XenServer but this is the environment I'm trying to get the installation working in. I'm trying to evaluate Sophos UTM on XenServer. 


    XenServer 6.02
    Other Template for the Installation
    Mounting ISO virtual DVD drive


When the system boots I receive the following error:-

[ 0.076000] drivers/rtc/htctosys.c: unable to open rtcdevice (rtc0)
INIT version 2.86 booting

Then nothing further happens. Any ideas to get this working. I swear I"ve done this in the past with an older version without issue.

    I haven't played with Xen in a while...  I have considered going back to them, now that they've gone open source.

    It looks like it's hanging on INIT.

    I had this issue when the ISO I downloaded was corrupted.  I downloaded the ISO again, and it booted past INIT.
