Problem with pattern Up2Date?

Hi all,

has anybody also recognized that the latest up2date pattern did not change since last friday or does just my box doesn't get newer updates. Pattern revision is currently 52158 and the up2date.log shows no errors - just 'no newer pattern are ...'. I have dual av scan enabled for smtp and it looks unusual to me that there are no newer definitions available.

    Hello together,

    since Friday I don't get any pattern updates. On Friday I had a serious crash of my ESXi server which is followed by an unworking proxy with activated antivirus. So I decided to install a new UTM and recovered my settings. Now everything works fine again but on Dashboard the UTM shows no pattern version and the Up2Date Status is "Never". Setting Up2Date to Manual and reboot the UTM doesn't help.

    I'm using UTM 9.106-17 since it's publically released. I never had this issue before.

    What can I do?

    Update 1: I had configured my UTM Manager as caching server. The manager is stopped because I need the memory of this VM for other systems. After deactivating the cache UTM now shows pattern version 0. Now a manual update shows a newer Version but this version won't be installed. I set back to check for updates every 15 minutes.

    Update 2: It seems to work again. With the automatic update there's now version 53251 installed. I think my issue is solved.

    Update 3: Now the UTM shows pattern version 53281. I don't have the issue any more.
