Cpu spiking @ 100%

I just updated to Firmware version: 9.101-12

Now my cpu wont stop spiking. Checked the logs and noticing the following:

CPU0: Core temperature above threshold, cpu clock throttled (total events = 285382)

Was not having this issue before I updated the firmware today

    My httpproxy is also basically pinned at 100% CPU after this update.
    Restarting proxy gives a small amount of grace.

    Sophos - This product seems to be falling apart since the buyout!


    Have a look at the kernel log? Do you have any segfault messages?

    No kernel faults.

    CPU pinning on http proxy, the interim patch seems to fix that. (Yay! Thanks Bob!)
    (The single Avira scan didn't seem to help any more than a proxy restart would).

    Two snort threads also chewing a lot of CPU, but not too bad I guess.

    Of fairly strong opinion Sophos need to re-categorize their hardware devices.
    (The way things are going we need Xeon CPUs and 8+GB RAM in mid level devices).

    Also seeing wireless access points refusing to take clients until I reset them.

    Quite a few bugs...
