ASG220Rev No function after exchanging mainboard

Hi,

first of all: I use my ASG220 at home with a home license

My  Rev4 is broken, it's my fault.
I bought a used Rev4 und plugged in the harddisk of the old one.

It boots perfectly und shows no erros on the console.
But it doesn't answer any ping nor arp on any interface.
The display shows the correct (old) IP-addresses.

With a 9.1 freshly installed it works perfect.

Do I have two user a new installation?
Can I copy last configuration backup onto the new installation?

Or is there any chance to join the old hard disk with the new mainboard?
(I'd prefer this)

    Hi ,


    If you can plug in a monitor and a keyboard.
    Login as root and issue the ifconfig command to see what interface use what IP address .
    Be sure the interface you use to connect it correctly connected to the right cable.
    Then just to make sure issue ifconfig command with up ( for example ifconfig eth0 up ) just to be sure it is up.
    Try to connect now.
    You can assign also an IP address to an interface with ifconfig command , but be sure to change and save it in webadmin interface cause it won't work after reboot.
    For example : if config eth0 192.168.0.1 255.265.255.0 .
    Then issue ifconfig eth0 up
    Be sure you are in the same net and connect to webadmin to change and save the interface address.
