LICENCE SOPHOS Home Edition is different to ASTARO Home edition

Hello, my license astaro home edition being expired.
I purchased a license Sophos home edition.
goal when I use it, I have no access module no full SOPHOS UTM license.
Is this normal?

    Its not working for me.
    I have a friend that uses Astaro at home, Her key is to expire in 6 days.
    So i loged on to My.astaro.org and deleted the key.(no option to renew)
    Now if i want to create a new one, it askes me for a activation key??????.

    what do i need to do?
