LICENCE SOPHOS Home Edition is different to ASTARO Home edition

for home you shouldn't have to purchase anything.

Where did you purchase your Home Edition license? The home use license is free, you just have to register on my.astaro.com for the free license key.

I virtualize a UTM9.
I used my license ASTARO Home edition.
it has expired.
to renew the license, I go to the site SOPHOS.
I am subscribing to receive SOPHOS home edition license.

Once downloaded, I injected into my UTM 9006-5 via the web interface.

nothing to do, the only active license not following module:

- Protection Network
- Email Protection
- Web Protection
- Webserver Protection
- Wireless Protection

can you help me ?

It's a bit difficult to follow what you've written:

What was the exact link that you went to on the Sophos site?  I'm wondering if you signed up for the essentials edition by accident.

What you can do is to log into your license portal at my.astaro.com, go to License Management, delete your expired Home license, then generate a new one.

Its not working for me.
I have a friend that uses Astaro at home, Her key is to expire in 6 days.
So i loged on to My.astaro.org and deleted the key.(no option to renew)
Now if i want to create a new one, it askes me for a activation key??????.

what do i need to do?
