Updates will not install

I'm on version 9.004-33. Home license. I have updates showing for 9.004-34, 9.005-15, and 9.005-16.  Logging in as admin on LAN and none of the updates will apply after clicking install, or clicking "update to latest version now".  

I'm still pretty new using this product.  Am I missing something?  Can someone shed some light on this?

    Open the 'Up2Date messages' Live Log (give it 10 seconds to prepare) and then press the button to UP2Date to the newest.  Post the log lines here.

    Thanks Bob.  It tried and tried to get it to update.  When I failed I left it alone for a few days.  Then it updated.  The UTM and I are currently not talking to each other.  I expect this tiff to blow over, and we'll be besties again soon.

    Any idea why v8up2date2.astaro.com uses so much BW?  It is usually the highest consumer of BW in my daily report and seem like a pretty large number.  Considering that the UTM image is less than a gig, this site is using the equivalent of at least two UTM images a day.

    In /var/up2date, run the command ls -R to see if there's anything in any of the subdirectories.  If you find anything, go into that subdirectory and delete (rm) the file.

    If this doesn't fix your problem, then I'd suggest a configuration backup followed by a restore to a fresh install.
