license usage

I have set up an ASG110 with network protection, web security and wireless protection with 10 user license.

Now I continuisly receive critical alert related to license usage exceeding the 10 users count.
The strange is that I receive alert also when no one are connected and I have also see that some of the ip address listed as active are old and not in use.
