Memory management / Swap file issue

don't really know what to make of this.
The Swap File is taking all resources.
I have never seen this sort of behavior before.

Curious - could bit torrent cause this?

his ram is fine..the 7 gig machine isn't the one swapping it's the poor 120..[:$])
