don't really know what to make of this.
The Swap File is taking all resources.
I have never seen this sort of behavior before.
Curious - could bit torrent cause this?

Determine what is using the swap, restart the process or open a support case. Alternatively reboot (yuck).
My usual swap offenders: snort (/var/mdw/scripts/snort restart), httpproxy (/var/mdw/scripts/httpproxy restart) and webmin (/etc/initd/httpd restart).
For swap usage I use a modified version of the script at Find out what is using your swap | All things Sysadmin
