ASG 7.5 end of life 31/12/12 - will it still function?

Hi there,

I have paid for subscription for ASG and I have it running as an appliance.

I have just discovered that the device is end of life at the end of this month?  My annual support runs until the end of May 2013.  Will the device function after December or will it die?

I am a bit concerned as we do not have enough time to replace the device before the Christmas break.

Is there an easy way to upgrade the appliance from 7.5 to v8?

Any help or feedback much appreciated.

    Just to update my post to this thread - The old 220 came back on-line after about one hour.  I don't know what it was doing after I installed the 7.513 update.  The logs don't show anything.  Maybe it was a timezone thing.  But it is working for now.
