ASG 7.5 end of life 31/12/12 - will it still function?

Hi there,

I have paid for subscription for ASG and I have it running as an appliance.

I have just discovered that the device is end of life at the end of this month?  My annual support runs until the end of May 2013.  Will the device function after December or will it die?

I am a bit concerned as we do not have enough time to replace the device before the Christmas break.

Is there an easy way to upgrade the appliance from 7.5 to v8?

Any help or feedback much appreciated.

    Hi Fox,

    My understanding is that End of Life means that version 7 of the software is no longer going to receive updates or support from Sophos. The hardware itself is supported for the duration of your license.
